If you’d like to run further, faster and pain free, contact us to discuss having your running analysed. We’ll do some screening tests, discuss your training programme, take a video of your running technique and teach a series of drills and exercises to help you improve.
Every session is tailored to your individual needs. At your first session you’ll most likely be inside on the treadmill, as you improve and want to work on speed, we may be outside running up and down hills.
